Company-controlled AI pilot checklist
Use this checklist to choose a critical workflow, set human checkpoints, and approve a company-controlled AI pilot.
Workflow fit
Choose a workflow with visible queue pressure, review effort, a named operating owner, a technical partner, and a measurable before-and-after state.
Human checkpoint design
Define what the AI prepares, recommends, or routes before defining what stays human. Final approvals, ambiguous cases, and high-risk exceptions should stay behind explicit review.
Pilot metrics
Use operating metrics leadership already understands: routing accuracy, handling time, reviewer prep time, escalation rate, queue health, review load, and quality.
Owner model and launch criteria
Name the operational owner, reviewer, and technical partner before implementation begins. Launch only when the workflow map, system boundary, backup path, and measurement plan are explicit.
Next step
Request Workflow Review when the workflow and owners are clear, or use the Workflow Fit Assessment to score fit before a buying conversation.
